Refund policy

All prints are made to order and are therefore non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or not as described.

If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is an issue with your item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and photographs of the issue where applicable.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Customers retain their legal rights in relation to faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.
